The space Mountain Lodge 362 is a TOP FLOOR, completely renovated MOUNTAIN SLOPESIDE VIEW with brand new balcony The INTERIOR of Mountain Lodge has had a complete new interior renovation that started in March of 2025 and is wrapping up for the start of ski season in December of 2025. The inside of Mountain Lodge is completely new. This condo has a PORTABLE air-conditioning unit as well as fans in the living room and the bedroom for the summertime months. The Master bedroom has a QUEEN SIZED bed. The ceiling fan and separate thermostat in the bedroom helps regulate the temperature. Double Closets with hangers and nightstands provide room to unpack and relax for your vacation. The Living Room has a commercial grade BRAND NEW QUEEN SIZE MEMORY FOAM SLEEPER SOFA. Linens will be provided for the pull out sleeper sofa as well. The Bathroom comes with a combination shower/tub Under the vanity please find the HAIR DRYER and additional supplies. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHAMPOO or CONDITIONER. That is not part of the linen service provided by Mountain Lodge. The Brand new renovated Kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel electric Stove, stainless steel microwave and stainless steel dishwasher. The kitchen comes fully stocked should you choose to dine-in. You are provided dinnerware, glasses, plates, utensils, pots, pans, drip coffee to brew your coffee, crockpot and toaster as well. For entertainment, there is a television in the living room. All Mountain Lodge units provide FREE, room-specific Wi-Fi. Cellular service is often limited on the mountain, so the room Wi-Fi coupled with the free resort Wi-Fi while in the Village which is steps away will help you stay connected on your vacation. -Ski World which is the Ski School for kids is now located in the lower level of Mountain Lodge. -Pre-Ski School which is for ages 2-5, is also located now in the lower level of Mountain Lodge. For this age group they offer full day 9am-4pm or half day programs 9am-12noon or 1pm-4pm -There are 2 NEW restaurants in the lower level of Mountain Lodge as well. The Basin which will be burgers, pizza, sandwiches and a more formal sit down Italian restaurant Al Dente. DETAILS: the housekeeping FEE INCLUDES: -Initial Setup of Linens for the Master Bedroom Queen Bed and the Queen Sized pulled out Bed in the living room. -Towels based on occupancy, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap/dish washing detergent, bath soap, coffee filters and tissues. This unit will provide a REFRESHER for stays OVER 4 nights. The refresher includes taking out the trash, providing new paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc, but DOES NOT include NEW LINENS or TOWELS. Guest access FREE PARKING for 1 Vehicle, NO bikes are allowed in the building however there are lockers in the building to rent at the from desk for bikes or skis for daily use. Day passes can be purchased next door for 15 Dollars a PERSON DAILY at Allegheny Springs for Split Rock Pools. To access the pool you can walk across the parking lot to gain access to the pool. It is NOT located at Mountain Lodge. Lift ride can be taken down to the lake that offers a beach, water sports, etc. Winter Lift tickets can be purchased at the Depot at the Village. I recommend to PURCHASE SKI TICKETS IN ADVANCE ONLINE to make sure they are not sold out on the days you plan on staying here.
