Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream. The space A renovated 1850"s, Dutch built, post & beam building which stands alone on our property. Building and interior space largely made with re-purposed pine, hemlock, and southern yellow pine. Pets are welcome as long as they are not left unmanaged in the space when you are not there. We ask that you use the wood stove in the cold months instead of the kerosene or electric ones. Wood and instructions are provided. We will be happy to help you with the wood stove if you need it. I typically have a fire going before guests arrive. Guest access Guests will have access to most of the property including the pool, pond, pergola, stream deck, and gardens. You will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note We have Starlink for guests whose phone service will not work here. Our German Shepherd, Ben, mentioned in many reviews has moved to the west coast. We have two cats.
