Welcome! With us, you will stay in a secluded location in our large garden. Private glazed balcony and furnished terrace. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. Great location within walking distance (5-10 min) to the city center, Astrid Lindgren's World, Astrid Lindgren's Näs and grocery stores. The space The cottage was built in 2001 and is about 20 square meters. Here you can stay four people (best suited for 2 adults and 2 children) and sleep in bunk beds and sofa bed (a little cramped) plus extra bed if desired (let us know). There is a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop and fridge. The bathroom is tiled with toilet, sink and shower. Please note: Please bring your own bed linens and towels, this is not included in the rent. Household/toilet paper and cleaning equipment are included. Cleaning is not included in the price and we trust our guests to clean up after themselves as directed. If cleaning is desired, there is an extra charge of SEK 500 and must be ordered at the time of booking, in case of non-cleaning or poor cleaning, the fee is charged afterwards. Charging of electric car not allowed, charging stations are within walking distance. We apply source sorting of garbage and this is done at the specified location at the cabin. Free parking for one car next to the cottage. Self-check-in with key cabinet. Guest access In addition to the cabin's porch, there is a lawn with simple outdoor furniture next to the cabin. The garbage sorting area is also located here. Otherwise, the garden is only used privately. Other things to note The accommodation with its facilities may only be used by the persons covered by the booking. We attach great importance to leaving the cottage in a good, clean condition. Let us know if something breaks, otherwise we have no idea what's missing or when an accident happened.
