If what are you looking for in your vacation is sun and sea, then this apartment is the ideal destination for you. With my husband Lefteris, we run a small family business of three apartments, located on the ground floor of our house. The apartment is suitable for couples and families with children. It is equipped with everything a family needs. It is worth visiting us even in winter time. The apartment is in the southernmost town in Europe, with mild winters and plenty sunshine. The space This apartment is one of the three apartments οn the ground floor of the building where our house is and its located by the sea. The location, the simple design, make this apartment the ideal place to view at the sea, either through the living room or from your terrace and private garden. Other things to note The apartment consists of a living room and a kitchen in a common room with a sofa bed that serves two people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is located on the same level with the rest of the house. Apart from the bedroom there is an extra double bed on the loft which is accessible from the wooden stair you can see on the photos. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a small private garden. The apartment has private entrance. We provided our apartments with what we consider necessary for a family for its vacations. The apartment has reliable wifi for fun and telework. We can also provide wired internet if requested. In addition, for a stay of more than a week, we can provide you a computer screen, keyboard and mouse if you wish. The apartment is located by the sea and very close to Ierapetra. It is very easy to find it because it is on the provincial road Ierapetra - M Gialos. The town centre is a 5-minute drive away. More over the walk to the city is pleasant throw the seafront pavement and pedestrian street. You will need 15-20 minutes walk. The beach is opposite the house and in order to reach it you just have to cross the road in front of the apartment. The beach is sandy but when you enter the sea it has some rocks. However, within a 5 minute walk there are organized beaches where one can easily get in the sea. More over in a few minutes by car, you can visit the many beautiful beaches of the area.
