House is situated in an area that is sparsely populated and full of nature - essentially no neighbours nearby but the main house located on the same site. Houses are positioned with privacy kept in mind - you won't even notice the other house either from windows or from terrace. 2 km from the sea. The space House is 51 square meters in size, in addition there is a 13 m2 terrace with a 4 seat table. Free WiFi, TV. Option for a BBQ coal grill - bring your own coal. Entire garden is around 7000 m2 in size and will be shared with the main house on property, although not separated with a fence, part of the garden will be allocated to the guests for private use. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and the garden around it. Free parking for several cars. Other things to note 1. No parties. 2. Small pets are welcome on agreement. 3. Cooling is for an extra fee - 5 euros per day. 4. Wearing shoes indoors in not allowed. 5. Let us know once You have arrived and once You 6. have freed the premises on. the check out date. 7.
