A tribute to Grandma & Papa OWNER OPERATED & LOCAL NO MANAGEMENT COMPANY Remember when going to Grandma & Papa's was perfect because they had everything you needed to be comfortable? My Grandparents showed us how to be hospitable & accommodating & we would like you to pass that on to you. Very quiet neighborhood with a private location at the end of a dead-end street, perfect for a family & pet friendly Large back yard with privacy fence, firepit, & large deck with canopy cover walk to grocery The space 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms- 2 adjustable king beds & 1 queen which allow you to raise the head & feet for a comfortable night. There are also two queen sleeper sofas in the living room & one in the family room, TVs in every bedroom that includes Samsung TV with 1000 channels, HBO Max, Prime Video. 70-inch TVs in the living room & family room for the big game or television event. Enjoy your morning coffee in front of the scenic rock pond or on the deck. Private master bedroom & bath with a walk-in/stand up shower. Both bathrooms contain mood lighting & Bluetooth capability so you can listen to your favorite music while getting ready for the day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your needs, blender, Keurig & regular coffee pot, blender, toaster, built-in air fryer in stove grill on the deck. Guest access Your access code to get into the home will be sent to you no later than 24 hours before your check-in date. We can usually accommodate an early check-in prior to our 4pm requirement under special circumstances up to 2 hours. Any early check ins prior to 2pm, there will be additional $50 charge in consideration to my Cleaners who clean and freshen up the property prior to your arrival. Other things to note We do encourage you to check out the competition and then check Grandma & Papaw's Place, including our upgraded adjustable beds. Any restaurants or grocery needs can be located within walking distance from the home. Starter Supplies include: - Keurig coffee pods & ground coffee, sugar, creamer pods, & tea - Dishwasher and laundry pods along with dryer sheets - Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each bathroom along with makeup remover wipes and bar soaps - a vacuum & Swiffer mop - 1 extra trash bag for kitchen & bathroom - fire extinguisher can be located under the kitchen sink, along with Fire Starter bricks for the fire pit, 1 paper towel roll & cleaning spray.
