This apartment is about 1,800 square feet, pool table, and fully equipped kitchen. Recommended for up to six adults. A rental car is required. The space This is a large garden level dedicated space. The space has 10 ft. ceiling, 6 ft tall windows, big modern rooms. Welcome to our brand-new modern house with a dedicated space in Kamas, UT. Everything is clean, bright, and new. Make yourself at home and spread out in our three large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a desk. The second bedroom also has a king bed a sleeper couch and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has a bunk queen beds. Each bedroom includes ample closet space, and drawers with more than enough storage for clothes, suitcases and more. The brand new kitchen includes pots, pans, and whatever you need for preparing your own meals. The space includes it's own laundry room and two full bathrooms. Plus, enjoy our full-sized pool table. The family room has a large flat screen TV. You will find everything you need to make the house your home throughout your stay. This is not your normal bed and bath! Before your arrival the house will be cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaning team. This house has lots of space for family and friends. Parking is next to the dedicated entrance with additional parking if you need it. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. This is a large two story house, over 5,500 sq.ft. Guest access Guests have complete access to a dedicated apartment. (Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry room). The apartment has a separate entrance and is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door. Just completed new yard with over 2,000 sq ft of private deck (see pictures). A new 8 person salt water hot tub. You will park in front of the toy barn, the back of the driveway, and a walkway will lead you to your private entrance. Let this be your spot to relax after a day of skiing, biking, hiking or fishing. Or just relax on the decks. Other things to note I have been living in the area for all my life.
