Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door. The space The accommodation is in the district of Gnadenberg, about 5 km from Immenstadt and about 800 m from the nearest bus stop in Bräunlings. Getting around by public transport is a bit difficult, as the offer is unfortunately very poor. We may also be able to offer rail travelers a pick-up and drop-off service by arrangement. The next major cities are Kempten (about 17 km away) and Sonthofen (about 11 km away). The vacation regions in the Allgäu High Alps of Bad Hindelang and Oberstdorf are about half an hour's drive from us. Bread service – Order the bread or other items the day before by 5 pm from the Semmeldienst Allgäu and delivery will be made the next morning directly to the front door. Guest access - Free parking spot outside the house - Storage for bicycles - Storage for other sports equipment on request Other things to note The city of Immenstadt charges a tourist tax of €3.50 per day for adults (16 years and older) and a tourist tax of €2.25 per day for children and adolescents (6–15 years), which must be paid in cash and is not billed via Airbnb. To report to the city, we need the following information from each guest before arrival: First and last name, date of birth and address.
