Camping at Little Slice of Heaven Farm

This is more than a place to stay! My family and friends have come together to make the Total Solar Eclipse must see event. My Dad and his wife, Cheri, call the farm their little slice of heaven. Dad told us that there is nothing like the peace and quiet at the farm. Moreover, the stars fill the sky. (So bring your telescope to gaze at the stars during the night.) Space to park your RV or ten! Nightly bonfire! W/ some meals! Bring your lawn chairs, bug spray and sturdy shoes! Outdoor games! The space Because we are out in the sticks, we are including real meals. We will be providing a simple supper on Friday night. Then we will have Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings. We will have supper on Saturday. Kansas City is famous for barbeque. We are pulling out all the stops and we will have a big barbeque on Sunday night. Big events are scheduled for the whole weekend in St. Joseph, Cameron, Lathorp (all 1/2 hour away) and Kansas City (just over 1 hour away. We are also only 1/2 hour away from Hamilton (big quilting town) and Jamesport (the heart of the Amish country in Missouri). If you love Mark Twain, we are 2 hours away from Hannibal, Missouri. There are two race tracks within 10 miles away. (I don't know if there are races this weekend or not. I will update as I find out.) Guest access Pets are welcome, but they need to be on a lease under the physical control at all times. We have dogs and cats. They all have jobs on the farm. Please bring your lawn chairs. We will have a pet potty area. We have 3 ponds but they are not stocked for fishing. They are not safe for swimming. Other things to note This is camping. It is not inside a house.
