Country house with pool

Pleasant 100 m2 house located between Nantes and St Nazaire, about 20 minutes from the sea. Comprising 3 bedrooms, for 6 to 8 people with a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, a fully equipped open kitchen. All on a plot of 3300 m2 with wooden terrace and garden furniture. Close to the accommodation, the village is about 1.5 km away, with a grocery store, tobacco shop, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser, beautician, florist and bakery. The space The house consists of a living room with open and fully equipped kitchen with three bedrooms and a shower room, toilet outside the shower room. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and TV A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed One bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and TV A sofa bed in the living room. Folding crib available. The house is our personal accommodation, so don't be surprised to find personal belongings... The fourth bedroom is locked for our personal belongings to free up space for you. A bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. Living room with TV and Wi-Fi access. Children's toys, board games available. 3300 m2 fenced garden, terrace on wooden stilts, and garden furniture. In the second part of the land we have four goats they love company, you can bring them your vegetable peelings, fruits as well as bread. We just ask that you do not enter the enclosure for safety reasons. There is also on site our little Mina a little cat who is used to both inside and outside. The house is to be left clean and tidy by you, if you wish we offer a package of 60 euros for cleaning, please let us know in advance. Bedding, tea towels and hand towels are provided. Check-in is either in our presence or via a lockbox Other things to note We have a very sociable little cat "Mina" who will surely visit you. Accommodation to make clean and tidy all cleaning products are on site or on request possibility to leave the cleaning at our expense for 60 euros more.
