Beautiful Lakefront Cottage in Algonquin Highlands

This peaceful lakefront cottage is your next getaway. Located in the quaint town of Barry's Bay on Kamaniskeg Lake. Beautiful dock for morning coffee. Great for boating and swimming. One canoe and kayak. Central air conditioning and heat. Unfortunately, we don’t accept shedding dogs or cats as the owner is highly allergic. It is a non-smoking and non vaping property. This peaceful oasis awaits you! The space This lakefront property is perfect for families to enjoy lots of activities including kayaking and canoeing (one canoe and one kayak for use), boating, swimming, star gazing, campfires and games. 5 minutes to the quaint town of Barry’s Bay and on the lake, 5 minutes to grocery stores. Local hospital within a 5 minutes drive. Fully equipped kitchen including all main appliances. Central air conditioning and centrally heated. Please bring your own comforters, blankets, bedsheets, towels and pillowcases. This cottage is suited for 6 people, not larger groups due to the size of the septic tank and one bathroom. This home has 3 bedrooms; 3 beds; double, queen and king. One bedroom with a queen bed is in the basement. Summer months we use lake water on a filtration system. It is recommended to bring bottled water. Guest access Entire home. Keypad entry. Other things to note Please bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets, comforter for bedding. Life jackets can be found in shed towards the water. Please keep in mind that a prior guest may not leave them in shed. Any missing or broken items will be charged to guest. Use water, kayak and canoe at your own risk. Paddles in shed. Life jackets are highly recommended. Canoe and kayak should never be left in the water or loose near water as it could float away. Any items near dock can float away. Cottage is not suitable for larger families. 6 people is the maximum. No cats or shedding dogs as owner is highly allergic. 2 propane tanks are provided. If both tanks left empty upon departure, there will be a charge to fill one tank. We are not responsible if both tanks have been left empty by prior guest.
