They are located on two different floors, but there is no door between them. A bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor One guest toilet on the ground floor Towels are provided, the beds are freshly made. In the courtyard there is a sitting area where you can smoke. Rheingau and Hunsrück are also within 20-30 minutes. We love our adopted home and like to explore it in our free time. We can always give you a recommendation, whether it's a hike, a restaurant visit or a cultural event. Other things to note Since we don't want you to experience any unpleasant surprises in the house, here's something else to keep in mind: Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for small children due to the two steep stairs to the first floor and the attic. We ask that you take off your street shoes in the entrance area. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you not wear slippers. We will gladly provide non-slip socks. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Energy Saving Ordinance 2022: This regulation obliges tenants (you) and landlords (us) to save energy. This means keeping the room temperature below the previous standards, but also economical use of hot water, stove and all household appliances. In all rooms, the room temperature should comply with current regulations. Current energy price situation: We have not adjusted our prices to the increased energy prices. If you increase the room temperature and generally consume more energy than average, we are unfortunately forced to charge you the additional costs.
