The space New York City inspired, furnished bedroom, access to guest hallway bathroom (rarely used). 2 owners live on site and in back studio. May see owners from time to time. Designated guest parking. Guest access Host will meet and greet and provide tour. As a courtesy provide ETA for arrival to ensure host available to meet and/or anticipate late/evening arrivals (e.g. midnight). No visitors/guests allowed. Access through main house front door separate hallway. During your stay I’m available for meeting both needs. Privacy or socializing. Your time is spent how you feel most comfortable. Other things to note SPECIAL REQUESTS (e.g. flowers, meals, etc.) We can provide special request in reason. Example : flowers for the guests. Massage table for use. We will do our best to turn over the place in preparation of your stay. LATE ARRIVAL: We ask that our guests provide an ETA so we can be available to show your space. LATE DEPARTURES: We ask that our guests notify and plan in advance for late departures. We will do our best to accommodate barring back to back booking appointments, etc.. MAIN HOUSE OWNER FACTS Owners operate a cottage home bakery (not open to public patronage) - Wednesday - Saturday. Early kitchen sounds may occur and volume of production vary based on day of the week (e.g. kitchen activity in AM with no activity in PM or vice versa). Ear plugs are provided as a courtesy. Owners are mindful of activity volume during guests stay. DESIGNATED PARKING Please park along the street in front of the home. As a courtesy allow enough space for a second vehicle to park either in front or behind your car as well. JACCUZI USAGE During the summer months (June-October), Sacramento can reach triple digits during the day and maintain 80-90 degree temps during the evening. Thus the jacuzzi may not be available or in operation for usage. Hours of use: anytime until 12am, please observe noise ordinances after 10pm. POOL ACCESS Resurfaced pool in 2024. Clear blue water. We limit the use of chlorine and other hazardous chemicals and keep our water feeling and smelling like water. Please limit use of over applying sunscreen if entering and exiting pool. Pool is approximately 5 feet at the deepest.
