We are a Franco-British couple, natives of the southwest and Windsor, and will be delighted to welcome you to our warm Del Playa villa, nestled on the edge of the Moliets golf course. The bike path 50 m away will allow you to reach the huge beaches in minutes (1.5 km). You can enjoy a spacious villa (3 bedrooms) and a large terrace (garden furniture) with friends and family. A fireplace can also warm up your winter vacation. The space The villa has 3 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, storage for your personal belongings - Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 cm, storage for your personal belongings - Bedroom 3: equipped with two 90*190 cm single bunk beds, storage for your personal belongings All our rooms are equipped with fitted sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases. Bath towels are provided. There is also a travel cot with mattress available. A fully equipped kitchen is also available: - stove - fridge and freezer - dishwasher - oven - microwave - toaster - kettle - filter coffee maker - Senseo coffee machine The bathroom has: - bathtub/shower - washing machine - toilet The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove, available from November to March. Strict safety instructions must be followed for its use (condensed wood logs, mandatory presence during the fire, safety distance). The terrace is equipped with: - garden furniture The residential swimming pool is available for all residents from mid-June to mid-September from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guest access Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle in front of the gate. Entrances and exits in the residence are free. Thanks to the location of the villa, the majority of your trips can then be made by bike or on foot. A bike path accessible from the gate in the garden will allow you to reach the following places by bike: - Chênes-Lièges beach (6 min) - central beach (7 min) - center of Moliets-plage, restaurants and bars (5 min) - Super U "express" from Moliets-bourg (10 min) Access to the Moliets golf course, located 100 m from the villa, will allow you to walk to the following places at any time: - Chênes-Lièges beach (25 min) - central beach (30 min) - center of Moliets-plage, restaurants and bars (15 min) Other things to note A professional cleaning and laundry service is organized at the end of each stay. This service, included in the price of your stay, will allow you to enjoy freshly prepared bed linens and bath towels upon arrival.
