*EverBe Cottage*Peaceful Retreat-5 mins from city!

EverBe Cottage is our completely renovated, 1000sf, 1-bedroom/1-bathroom guest house that sits right across the driveway from our family home. The two-story cottage has 2 beds, sleeps 4, is private and secure, and offers access to our land, pond, pool, washer/dryer, and fire pit. The space Downstairs: full kitchen, dining area with seating for four, living area with sleeper sofa/double fold-out futon, 32" smart TV, and electric fireplace. Upstairs: large open bedroom with queen bed, oversized chair, bathroom with full-size shower/tub combo. Central A/C, Heat, & Wifi throughout. There is a pack n' play and single bed inflatable mattress available by request. Guest access While staying at EverBe Cottage, guests are able to access our laundry room which is just inside our carport. Guests may freely use our washer and dryer as well as the ice-maker beside the washer. They also have access to camp chairs, roasting forks, sports equipment (soccer balls, frisbee, football, lawn games), and a large cooler that can be used for day trips and outings (please clean & return when finished). Other things to note There is a single pullout upstairs, but it is not suitable for sleeping on.
