There is a brand new king size bed in master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second (front) bedroom and a trundle bed (two single bed options) in the small third bedroom (this space is best for a 5th adult or two children as it is a small room). The bungalow provides a spacious, bright and relaxing environment with contemporary features and amenities. The backyard redwood patio area is especially wonderful for spending time with family and friends. All three bedrooms are outfitted with high quality and very comfortable mattresses graced with soft cotton sheets and comforters. The rooms are fashioned with both curtains and blinds for privacy as well as a deep and relaxing sleep. The bathroom is newly remodeled with a sunny claw foot tub and shower and soft towels for rejuvenating after a day of adventures. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Guest access There is a parking spot located just to the right of the front of the house. Additional parking is available and free in front of the house. The neighborhood is very walkable, bike-able or drivable with restaurants, shops, entertainment and grocery stores within 2-5 blocks of the bungalow. Other things to note The bungalow is located across the alley from Cortez’s new fire station. Our firefighter neighbors are friendly, respectful, and surprisingly quiet. They do not activate their sirens until they reach Main Street, so noise is rarely an issue. Many guests—both kids and adults—enjoy watching the fire trucks return to the station and seeing the crew care for their equipment. They also work out of the old fire station, which is next-door to the bungalow. Here is where you are most likely to see them working on their equipment.
