Overlooking Walker Bay, the elevated deck allows magnificent seaview with up close whale watching opportunities from August to November. There are 2 barbeque (braai ) areas, indoors and on the outside deck. Enjoy uninterrupted seaviews from lounge and bedrooms, and wake-up to the soothing sound of waves. The space The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The main oceanfront bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed & en-suite bath & shower. The second- and third bedroom both fitted with double beds with access to the separate family bathroom (bath and toilet). The fourth bedroom, also oceanfront is furnished with 2 single beds (which can be converted to a king bed) and en-suite shower. All beds fitted with crisp 100% cotton linen, and towels supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery. The scullery equipped with a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. The spacious living area has an 8-seater dining table, comfortable seating, flat-screen SmartTV with NetFlix access. The living area is also fitted with both an indoor braai area and gas fireplace, making it perfect for a winter getaway as well! On the spacious deck, guests will find braai facilities, outdoor furniture, and a dining table. The patio offers a stunning sea view and whale watching opportunities from July to November each year. A games area is also provided in the downstairs games room with darts, table tennis/ pool table combo and a second SmartTV with Netflix access. Secure parking for 2 vehicles in the double garage with direct access to the house. The house can be accessed through the back door with no additional stairs to the top floor. All amenities are situated on the top floor except the 4th bedroom and games room, making it accessible even to guests with difficulty to climb stairs.
