Ideal for its access, it comes with everything you need for extended stays. The space The apartment is fully equipped and designed for up to two people in single beds. Ideal for friends, students, people traveling alone or accompanied by tourism, health or work reasons. One of the beds is in a separate room, with a barn door that allows privacy. The other bed is located inside the main bedroom, shared with the dining area and with direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is private and for the exclusive use of this apartment. Fully equipped with towels and towels, toilet, hand bidet, vanitory, hair dryer and medicine cabinet. Includes handwashing tender light clothing and ventilation extractor. Cold and hot water, with electric thermotanque of 50 liters, we recommend waiting 15 minutes between a shower and another for greater efficiency. The kitchenette is equipped with a vitrified electric stove, toaster, electric oven, electric oven, and microwave oven. Bacha, kitchen furniture, spice and ample fridge with freezer. It is allowed to receive up to one visit (maximum 1 person) in hours from 9 am to 7 pm, as long as this is only in passing. No extra people allowed to sleep, bathe or use other amenities. VISITS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT, not in the shared areas. Guest access The apartment is accessed through an internal hall shared with other guests. Once inside, the apartment is independent and for the exclusive use of one or two guests maximum. We ask that you respect the house rules. Other things to note CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION: Upon check-in, we will ask the guest to send us a photo of the electricity meter, and the same upon check-out, so we can control the consumption. In the case of excesses, the corresponding additional charge will be made. Average consumption is considered to be 8w per day. US$0.25 will be charged for each additional watt consumed.
