Country house with pool

Ideally located in the small village of Cazavet (10 min from all shops, 45 min from Toulouse), this country house of about 130 m² will allow you to enjoy the calm of the Ariège mountains. Facing south, in the quiet of a property of about 3500 m², the house is very bright, and has a swimming pool with terrace offering an exceptional view, to enjoy the sunny summer days. The space Description of the house: On the ground floor: - a living room with large sofa and armchairs, a large dining table (6 seats), - a kitchen, - a children's room with bunk beds (children's beds 90 × 200), - a bathroom with walk-in shower, - toilets. Upstairs: - a large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 180 bed and its dressing room, - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, - an office, - toilets. A crib with mattress is also available on request for babies. Outdoor: - a swimming pool of about 8 m * 4 m, saltwater, with a depth of 1.50 m throughout the pool, - a table for eating outside, - the hut will be made available, to enjoy the beautiful summer days, - a 3500 m² park. The house is completely quiet. Note: - This house is our main home that we rent during the summer season. - We do not allow pets, and guests will only be able to smoke outside the house. - Possibility to discover the local heritage through many activities near the house: -> the unmissable Saint Girons market and its local products every Saturday morning, -> numerous events during the summer, including the weekend "Autrefois le Couserans" in August, the RITE shows (meetings around the cultures of the world through music, songs and traditional dances) -> discover the beautiful Ariège landscapes through multiple hikes for all levels, -> discover local cuisine thanks to many restaurants that will satisfy all tastes, -> visits to must-see sites (Mas d'Azil cave, Foix castle, Saint Lizier episcopal city, and many other places...) - The price includes sheets, hand towels and tea towels, as well as shower towels (one large and one small per guest). Pool towels are not provided. - Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out by 10 a.m.
