The cost for this service is $150 per person. The space Featuring luxurious vegetation, this secured gated community offers 2 swimming pools (one of them is heated), a hot tub,  clubhouse with a kitchen/bar area, a fully-equipped state of the art exercise room and six tennis courts. The spacious 3 bedroom apartment has breathtaking water views, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped, suited to provide gourmet meals on a modern sophisticated decor - plus a lanai furnished with an electric grill. The huge master bedroom decorated with  Henry Link Trading Co. (by Lexington) furniture, has a king size bed with latex mattress and spectacular water views, walk in closet,  en-suite full bathroom with double sink, tub and huge shower. The second and third bedrooms have mirrored closets, one with a queen size bed and a pull out full couch and the other with a double/full bed, both with Blue Barnacle bed covers. These two rooms have views to luxuriant vegetation and a  lake surrounded by palm trees.  The 1650 sq ft apartment includes an utility room with washer and dryer, steamer,  and old fashion ironing board and iron . Cleaning available by request ($35 per hour) and only green biodegradable products are used. All linens (500 thread count), towels (Egyptian cotton),  and down mattress covers are brand new.  Several restaurants,  yoga center, gym and diverse shopping options available at walking distance, more or less one mile away.  A white sandy beach is a 5 minute ride by car. One bike, beach gear and plenty parking are also available with this bright and spacious flat on the third floor, which will make the vacations of your dreams come true. Enjoy the magnificent view from the balcony or from the living room, relaxing on the feather couch or on the sunny lanai. 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, cable, Netflix and a Blu-Ray player will keep you connected to the world through a  wide variety of films, sports options and news at your fingertips. Many games, gammon, cards, chips are also available. Fort Myers has attractions suitable to different profiles. Known by its historic heritage, one can visit the homes of Thomas Edison or Henry Ford, go sailing or swimming on the warm Gulf clear blue waters, visiting its numerous powdered sandy beaches, close to accessible full service marinas and dozens of championship golf courses. Shopping and restaurants abound. The Fort Myers airport is less than 30 minutes away. One can also take full advantage of these other activities: Casino or cruises on a gambling ship. Please note: According to our gated community Rules and Regulations, the following vehicles are not permitted except temporarily for use by service personnel for service in progress or for active loading or unloading, trucks, buses, recreational vehicles, pickup trucks, boat trailers, vans without rear window and passenger seating, vehicles with commercial licenses plates and/or displaying commercial advertisement.
