The private second floor of our home (we live downstairs); completely remodeled. This is a classic 1960's beach house with new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. Stylish and uncluttered with everything you need. Upstairs "upper" house with a remodeled, fully stocked kitchen and an open living space with new, stylish furnishings. (We live downstairs and ask that guests enter the unit via the alley to maintain privacy betweem the units.) Styled and furnished as a home with Sonos everywhere, Vitamix, Moccamaster coffee setup, plus everything you need for the beach. Our home is professionally cleaned & laundered, and surfaces are sanitized. Guest access Please access the stairs through the alley (not the lower patio's white gates - we have a large, friendly puppy that hangs on our patio). Your unit (upper) is the back half of the house. You have access to everything on the second floor and the shared garage (except our personal bikes and other stored items to the right of the laundry). This is an extremely walkable area with a grocery store, beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance (no car, no problem!). We have one garage parking spot for a small to midsize car available for guests in a shared garage. Also, there is plenty of street parking, including free, metered, and a nearby lot. Summer is busy at the beach, if you don't want to hassle with a car, you'll be fine without it! Other things to note This is a no-shoe home, a detail made all the more important as you are on the upper level here (there are two units below you).
