A new kind of community garden for your daily walks. This in-law unit is located above the garage, away from the main house. The claw foot tub sets an intimate relaxation mood for your stay. We consider a well-behaved home trained pet for a fee. The space If you are looking for a different experience: This space is unique in it's contemporary design, artfully using reclaimed items to be earth friendly. This is not your typical cookie cutter place… You can enjoy the common courtyard offering an outdoor dining space under a newly built pergola or sit around the brick fire pit for a couple of drinks! The Loft is located above the garage, which offers a nice separation from the main house providing privacy. The only time you will hear us is when we access the garage (on average twice a day.) The space is designed as an open concept, which requires two guests to like each other a lot and/or be well acquainted ;) aka: the bedroom is attached to the bathroom... Guest access The guests will have access to their own private living space including an open kitchen, living room space, bedroom suite (claw foot tub), desk/computer space and in unit laundry room. The guests will also have access to a common mudroom at entry and outdoor area with a fire pit and picnic table under pergola... Other things to note Smart ROKU TV: Access to Amazon Prime, Netflix etc with your account passwords or sign up for 30 day trial during your stay (for free)... + We offer complimentary Sling TV with 25 channels... We provide basic necessities (toilet paper, soap etc) for up to 3 nights, after which you can source your own preferred essentials.
