The space Spacious room which can accommodate one person with a Queen bed size with a high quality, moderate firm mattress which is best for your back. The bed frame is hand crafted with high quality material and it has traditional Asian artistry style. Best location to travel Mid town Manhattan and for all tourist sightseeing such as Time Square, Broadway Shows, Central Park, Fifth ave plus many more places. We are also near to Arthur Ashe Stadium , Flushing Meadow Park for U.S. Open. We provide FREE 2 days complementary outdoor private driveway parking. After 2 days parking we charge $25 per day. We are great hosts and take care of our house since being the owners. We provide fresh linens with top quality furnishings so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay. We are well travelled, multi-lingual and also very clean. The pictures show the whole house, however paying guests would be using the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor; part of the amenities include free Wifi, guide to New York City and transportation, keyless entry to the house. ( Cooking in the Kitchen is prohibited (NOT ALLOWED) however you can use the microwave and the refrigerator to store your ready made food and soft drinks. The neighborhood is a mix of multi cultures, all living in harmony. In a matter of walking blocks, you can find various restaurants, great ethnic food, cafes, pharmacies, grocery stores that are open 24 hrs and close proximity to transportation systems (buses, trains and taxis). including year round farmer's market on Sunday Morning. My place makes it unique because I am the owner and live in the house. Its been completely renovated and the character of the house intact. Very ideal for visiting couples, seasonal students,tourist or even local who want to get away for a change and explore different boroughs and cities. For Tourist - My house is located close to Jackson Height's train station ( Main Stop which is Roosevelt 74 Street which is 3 blocks away) very ideal location to travel to Time Square, 42 Street Broadway , Bryant Park, Central Park, 5 Ave shopping area, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Hall, NBC studios, Columbus Circle, Long Island City Skyline View at the Pier, MoMa Museum, PS 1 Museum , The museum of Natural History, The Guggenheim Museum, Art & Design Museum, Citi Field - Mets Stadium, Arthur Ashe Stadium for U.S.Tennis Open, La guardia Airport and great place to stay if you are participating in The ING NYC Marathon. My house is located 10 minutes away (walking distance) from train station. From the train station to midtown Manhattan is 15 minutes only and downtown Manhattan is 20 to 35 mins and it all depends on where you would like to go in downtown in Manhattan.
