The apartment is located just a 5-minute drive from Florence (exit A1 Fi Sud), outside the city center. The bus stop to/from Florence is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The distance from the city center (Piazza San Marco) is 9.7 km; the bus takes 31 minutes. Services in the area within walking distance: pharmacy, grocery store, pizzeria. OUTSIDE THE CITY CENTER, surrounded by peace and greenery. Equipped with free private parking space Check-in at 2:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. The space You will have an entire quiet and comfortable apartment, surrounded by greenery, and located on the first floor (reachable by stairs or elevator). Upon entering, you access the living room where there is a sofa bed (queen-size), a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. From here you can directly access the large terrace, perfect for your moments of relaxation and for eating meals outdoors. In fact, during the summer, you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner with a view of the garden. The large, very bright double bedroom has a large 6-door wardrobe and a study/work corner with desk. You'll receive the password to connect to the super-fast Wi-Fi for free upon arrival. The private bathroom has a shower and bidet. You will also be provided with: towels, soap and shampoo (single-use format). Free and video-monitored parking is also available within the residential area, a short walk from the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment, which includes a terrace, and to the parking space monitored by cameras on the property. Other things to note READ CAREFULLY: It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment (it is allowed on the terrace). The cats in the apartment next door may visit you on the terrace. Don't let them into the apartment if you don't want their company. The bus frequency to the city center is about 20 minutes and varies depending on the time of year (more frequent during the school period). Winter. The heating is automatically adjusted according to the regulations of the Municipality of Fiesole: on November 7; off March 31. Summer. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning.
