Modern Guest Suite w/pool, near Paddock Mall & WEC

Beautiful 3 room apartment in upscale, gated community close to Paddock Mall w/ easy access to restaurants, WEC, HITS, Springs, State Parks, etc. Owners live onsite opposite pool across from the suite. Our peaceful neighborhood has oaks, owls etc. Suite is clean & comfortable with private access & opens to pool & walled courtyard patio area. Kitchenette provides simple cooking with skillet, etc. but no range. Master bed has queen bed with own TV and there's a large TV in living area. The space This self-contained accommodation was entirely remodeled in 2017 and is comfortable, modern, clean and fresh! Guests have their own kitchenette with sitting room, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with separate side access and main private entrance to the house. The main living room offers a relaxing and comfortable gathering area and includes the Kitchenette with full sized stainless fridge/freezer (with complimentary beverages and ice), stainless sink and quartz counter top and cabinetry. Although there is no range it is still perfect for preparing light meals as we provide an electric griddle, microwave, skillet, crock pot, toaster oven and a Keurig coffee maker with 30+ complimentary assortment of complimentary K Cups. In the courtyard you have access to a propane Grill for BBQ cooking. In the main living area the brand new leather couch is very comfortable and there's a comfortable a wicker club chair and ottoman facing the entertainment unit with Smart TV which includes free streaming live channels, YouTubeTV and subscriptions to NetFlix, YouTube, Hulu and Amazon Prime video services. In addition, there's a small dining table and chairs, a secretary desk, cedar chest, coffee table and side table. There's also a large closet in the kitchen with plenty of storage space and shelving where the vacuum, iron and ironing board is stored. The sliding barn door leads to the shower and bathroom which is fully tiled with vanity, shower and toilet. On the opposite side there's access to the main bedroom which is light and airy and has brand new furniture which includes a dresser with mirror, side stands and very comfortable queen bed and mattress. The location is fantastic! This is a very quiet and private home in a guarded community despite being incredibly close to shops and restaurants. The pool area is within a large walled courtyard and is not overlooked by neighbors. The pool is a large 30' x 20' unheated (so could be chilly in winter months) with maximum depth of 7 feet. The main front entrance to the home and driveway is monitored by a security camera as this is some distance from the owners accommodation. Guest access Guests have access to the swimming pool within the walled courtyard where there's also a dedicated patio area and Weber grill. We have sun loungers, beach towels and pool floats. We provide Free high speed (Cox Gigablast, <1000mbps) Internet access which is available everywhere. We supply utensils, plates, glasses, silverware etc. for easy meal preparation. We provide free coffee and 30+ assortment of KCups for the Keurig Coffee maker. In the bathroom you have access to toiletries, towels etc. And in the bedroom there's clean fresh linens, pillows, comforters, etc. Unfortunately, this guest house is not suitable for children under 12 due to potential unintended access to the pool area. We love children but their safety is of paramount importance to us all.
