The house is very quiet 15 m away from the road. Very bright due to large window elements on the ground floor, with a large garden, making it great for children. 2 min. walk to the beach, 12-15 min. walk to Westerland center. Opposite the property is a small grove, close to the aquarium and some restaurants. Ideal starting point for excursions by bicycle. Modern decor, equipped with everything imaginable. SAT TV incl. SKY. Underfloor heating on the ground floor as well as in the bathroom on the top floor. The space This house or apartment is my otherwise privately used domicile, which I rent out in my absence. There are a maximum of six sleeping places, the additional sleeping room in the attic is more for young people, accessible via a somewhat steeper spiral staircase. Ideal for four to six adults, possibly with children, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is really great, quiet but close to the beach. Westerland is within walking distance, restaurants and shopping nearby. Right next door to the house are two apartments rented by me. ATTENTION: Optionally there are linen packages consisting of bed linen and towels at the price of 25 euros/person! Guest access The rooms shown in the photos are rented: on the ground floor, large living room with kitchen, shower room and hallway with wardrobe In the top floor, three bedrooms and a large bathroom with tub and shower, for more than 6 people in addition to the bedroom in the attic. Other things to note Per person from the age of 18, the municipality charges a spa tax of 1.95 euros from 11/01 - 04/30 or 3.90 euros from 5.1.-10.31. per night!!! For this you will receive guest cards from the landlord, i.e. from me.
