Delightful Farmhouse Apartment Near Kilmore Quay

The Dairy is a newly refurbished apartment- originally used as the farm dairy...dating back to 1862. You have the entire patio and apartment to yourselves. There is only one other holiday apartment here - The Granary (also sleeps 2) 15 minutes from Wexford town 10 minutes from Kilmore Quay 10 minutes from Rosslare strand 15 minutes from Rosslare Harbour. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside, stunning beaches and great places to eat out. The space The Dairy is a refurbished apartment with all the mod cons. We have excellent wifi and a desk for you - should you wish to make a zoom call etc. Mobile network is excellent too. But due to the thick walls in part of the apartment the mobile phone network can be patchy in the bedroom. But the signal is generally good in the dining /living area. However this is not usually a problem as one can facetime etc. However there is no problem elsewhere on the property/patio etc. There is one other holiday let here. It is also newly refurbished, originally used for storing barley and oats and also dates back to 1862. It is above The Dairy and has its own private entrance. Guest access We have a very large free carpark. It is to the left of the archway before you enter the property. It is ideal for parking a large vehicle or a campervan and using the apartment for a stopover. Plenty of room to turn and very safe. Other things to note We would ask anyone booking with us to respect the other guests staying in the one other apartment by maintaining the peace and quiet. Unfortunately the property is unsuitable for infants as we have no facilities to cater for them. We also wish to respect those who wish to have quiet time and enjoy getting away from it all !! Also for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept children as everyone's safety is important to us. We live in the main house on the property, adjacent to the apartments (not shown in the photos) and are nearly always on hand if our guests should need to see us about anything. The best beaches, restaurants, amenities etc. There is no problem in early luggage drop offs. We will also do our best to accommodate people's arrival times...very late or very early departures and arrivals to and from the ferry.
