Cave like room in Friendship House (Monthly)

A block from Pease park and Guadalupe street, and a few minute bike ride from the NW edge of Universiy of Texas campus. Guest access This 3 bedroom house shares a living room with a little library, a kitchen, a bathroom, outdoor deck and yard with possibly two other guests. During your stay I'm a text or call away. Other things to note - While we do keep shared spaces tidy and clean, this accommodation is closer to a co-op/shared house setup than hotel style. Since we don’t use pesticides or harsh chemicals on the property, we do have critters that occasionally make their way inside, particularly ants who come into the shower area looking for water. If this bothers you, it may not be the place for you! - Since this is a shared house, it is. best fit for students or those visiting the university/ not remote workers, and ask that the space be accessed/ used only by the authorized guest. - The backyard has rich soil for those who might be interested in gardening during their stay (medium- long term) - Air conditioning is only available in your private room, not in shared spaces (restroom, kitchen, living room). However, these areas are well ventilated and you are welcome to use the fans :) - Since the kitchen and living room are shared spaces we please ask guests to maintain a culture of minimal stove use (boiling water, steamed meals, etc is welcome!) and no frying or cooking of meat on the stovetop. We have an oven that you are welcome to use as well :).
