Large wooden terrace surrounded by greenery on the 2nd floor, accessible from a small terrace on the ground floor. Unobstructed view of Mont Dore and the Sancy massif. Downtown, shops and ski shuttles 15 min walk. Hiking trail accessible in front of the house, it takes you to the large waterfall, to the ridges of the massif. The space House of 75m2 on 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find the living space, bright (living & dining room), and the kitchen. Upstairs (converted attic), a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (skylight + street-side window). On the lower floor, the bathroom, the toilet, a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, a second bedroom with bunk bed 90 x 190. Pillows (6), duvets (4), extra blankets available. Large wooden terrace overlooking the Sancy massif on level -2. Small wooden terrace on the ground floor. Without immediate neighbors or opposite, you can enjoy a quiet stay while staying close to the city center. Please note that bed linen & towels are not provided. Guest access Free parking spaces on both sides of the house. Possibility to park in front of the entrance temporarily for arrival/departure. Due to its location (entrance to Mont Dore), places are always available near the house. Shuttles for spa guests next to the house (10 m). Shuttles for skiing in the city center (~800 m). Hiking trail in front of the house (access to the large waterfall, downtown Mont Dore and Sancy massif) and above (access to the Queureuilh waterfall). Other things to note Sheets, towels, tea towels available on request for an extra charge. No cleaning fee, the house must be left clean and tidy, clean equipment (dishwasher emptied, coffee machine and vacuum cleaner emptied).
