New Owner/Listing Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place! All of the best restaurants in town are a short walk away! Downstairs where you enter you will find all 3 bedrooms. 1 master with attached bathroom and King Size bed, 1 bedroom with King Size bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (twin and full size bed)... you will also have another bathroom downstairs with bath/shower. Upstairs is the kitchen with dining for 8 and a half bath... living room with Roku TV and small desk area for working. Small Balcony off kitchen :) Parking is right in front and you will have 2 designated spaces. The lake is only a few minutes away and Diamond Peak is a short 5 min drive. The Hyatt Casino is probably about a 3 min drive. Christmas Tree Village, Raleys, Bite, Fredericks, Starbucks, Ice Cream Shop are all within walking distance Right in the heart of the village...walk to tons! Be sure to check out the walking/bike trail from Incline to Sand Harbor (search Tahoe East Shore Trail)...the views are incredible 2 designated parking spots in front of condo Sand Harbor and Kings Beach are the closest public beaches.....there are many beaches closer but are private to residents.
