Modern, Cozy Studio Walking Distance to Emory Village

Cleaned and sanitized after each booking with a 24hr vacancy period in between each new guest's stay, per Covid protocol. Bright and airy space with a minimalist, mid-century vibe. New kitchenette (except the fridge/sink combo, which is pure vintage goodness!) is stocked with coffee, tea and light snacks. Please keep in mind this is not a full kitchen. Toaster oven and microwave are provided, for small baking needs and microwaveable meals, but the stove top is not functional. Mini fridge and freezer Use of laundry is available to guests staying 6 nights or longer. Private Studio with separate entrance. Bathroom with newly remodeled shower (no tub) and kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig. Unfortunately, there is no oven in this space - but there are great bakeries and pizza places nearby, anyhow ;) This is the lower unit in a home with 4 other units- so being respectful of other guests, in terms of watching your noise level, is needed, therefore, we have set quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Access is with Lock-box. We live on the property so we are always easy to get in touch with, if needed, however, we leave the amount of interaction with guests, up to the guests. :) The house is an easy walk to both Emory University/Emory Village and Morningside Village, where there are great eateries and shops. Just a quick, 5 minute drive to Virginia Highland, one of the best town squares in Atlanta, and Piedmont Park. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. 12min to Buckhead. Parking is pretty open throughout the area. When you get closer to the "hot spots" mentioned above you may have to find side streets, so if it's a nice day/evening, we recommend walking! **We require every guest who stays with us to be verified through Airbnb with a government issued photo ID** **No Smoking of any kind is allowed in unit, or on the property as a whole. Owner has an extreme allergy.
