The condominium is located just off Hwy 192 minutes away from Disney attractions, shops and restaurants. This well-maintained unit is situated on a small, separately gated cul-de-sac overlooking the community pool. This 3bedroom with queens beds /2bath condo is located on the 2 floor and it features an open floor plan with lots of natural light with the kitchen in the center of the home. The space Our rental apartment offers spacious accommodation with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, offering cozy beds and plenty of storage space. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, our apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals during your stay. The living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. For added convenience, guests will have access to amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, a washer/dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Outside, you can enjoy a private balcony/patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking up the sun. Condo is a 16 - 20 minutes to Disney's Animal Kingdom, a 16 - 25 minute drive to Disney-MGM, EPCOT and Magic Kingdom and 20-25 minutes away from Universal Orlando. It is about a half-hour drive from Orlando International Airport. Just follow the instructions to Disney from the Airport and get off the 192 Westbound exit at 192 until you pass Mile Marker 2. Lind fields Blvd is on your left and the Condo will be the third entrance to your left. You are just minutes from the parks and nearby great shops and restaurants. Guest access Parking is free: Community lot ( first-come, first served) but there’s usually parking available, depending the season. Other things to note Please be aware that we have a strict no-smoking policy in place. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental location. If you or any members of your group smoke inside the rental location, a fee of $150.00 will be charged to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to remove the smoke odor and stains. If you need to smoke, please do so in a designated smoking area or outside the rental property. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the property. If you bring a pet, a fee of $150.00 per pet will be charged. Please note that this fee is necessary to cover any damages or additional cleaning required due to the presence of a pet. Please note that if garbage is left in the rental after check-out, a fee of $25.00 will be charged to cover the cost of removal. Any other damages such as to AC, Dishwasher , Washer etc will be charge . Please note: In Florida’s humid climate, the AC is designed to keep the home comfortable between 68–72°F. Setting it lower may actually reduce cooling performance. Fans are also provided for extra comfort. Florida is known for its diverse wildlife, including insects. To help maintain a comfortable environment in our rental unit, we kindly ask that you do not leave food or garbage behind. Proper disposal in the provided bins will help prevent any unwanted visitors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we hope you have a wonderful stay. Our standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM. If you require an early check-in or check out, please kindly specify this during the reservation process. Please note that our smart lock system is programmed to allow entry only at the designated check in time (4:00PM) it will not open before that. If you require early entry, kindly inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements. Early check-ins are subject to availability, as it depends on whether the rental is occupied by other guests. We need to ensure that the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. It allows us to address any issues promptly and ensure that everything is in top condition for the next guest. We have provided towels for all your needs during your stay. Please note that any damages to the towels will incur a charge. We kindly ask that you refrain from using the white towels for activities that could cause stains, such as hair dyeing or other similar situations. For these purposes, colored towels are provided. Pool hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm . We also kindly ask that you take care of the linens provided during your stay. Please note that any damages to the linens, such as stains, tears, or misuse, will result in an additional charge to cover the cost of replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
