The charming studio has a full size bed with an organic Avocado brand mattress, full bathroom, kitchenette to include all serving ware, utensils, a refrigerator, toaster oven, and warming plate. It is fully stocked for your weekend beach getaway or as a calm work from home space. We are located at 1957 Cable Street Ocean Beach, CA 92107. The space This beach home is in a secluded private property, located on site of the Sanctuary Wellness Experience. In addition to access to bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, community BBQ, Decks, Fire pit, and a large grassy area for children to play, you also are on site of one of Southern California’s Premier Wellness Retreat Centers. During your stay, take advantage of all the property has to offer- be sure to find out more about the Sanctuary at comealive.us This property provides an opportunity to create your own serene retreat. Please keep in mind that there is NO AC in the unit. Parking Information- There is one parking space available to be reserved at a rate of $15/day or $75/week. Otherwise, there is street parking around the unit. *Please note: This private unit does share an adjoining wall with another one of our beach studios, similar to a hotel room.
