Paradise Villa

Room accommodations include 1 bedroom with queen bed with your own private entry and bath. This room overlooks the spa and pool located just a few steps away. A second adjoining bedroom with queen bed is also available for an additional fee. Guests have said Paradise Villa feels like their own private resort and that it's conveniently located so close to NASA, Kemah, Galveston and other attractions. Please be aware that I live on site with a dog and cat that have the run of the outside area. The space Enjoy your private quiet retreat without worries of the COVID-19 world. I work hard to clean and sanitize between guests. Your party will be the only guests so there are no other guests to worry about intruding on your private oasis time. Relax in the hot tub or play in the pool. Spend a quiet evening enjoying the outdoor fire pit. Do a little grilling and enjoy your favorite beverage. Enjoy family fun or a romantic get away for two. Naturists can enjoy a private retreat where they are welcome to let go the inhibitions of daily life in the outside world. During the cooler months I will heat the pool for a fee of $50 the first day and $25 each day after. Just let me know when you make your reservation if you would like that. I don't charge for heating the spa. Only the pool because it's such a large amount of water to heat. Guest access The price shown is for one room only. The second bedroom is available for an additional fee. Guests will enter their room through their private entance. There is a small sitting area, TV, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot in your room. There is an attached private bath. Guests may use the patio, hot tub, pool and firepit. When making your reservation please show the total number of guests who will be staying so you know what the total cost will be and so that I can prepare the room and supplies to meet your needs accordingly. if there are only two of you but you each need your own bedroom then please register as 3 people so the Airbnb system charges for the second room. But let me know there will only be two of you. The Airbnb system unfortunately does not have an option to just request the additional room and so far this way has worked the easiest. I have had guests arrive who brought more guests than were registered. I took them at their word they would update their reservation so I would get the proper payout and they didn't. After doing that a couple of times and getting burned I have decided that parties bringing more guests than they have registered will be turned away and their reservation cancelled. I know there can be last minute changes in plans and I will do our best to work with you but please contact me about any changes prior to arrival. Please check out the photo showing the configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure it will suit your needs. The photo shows the ability to sleep 5. That is assuming you have smaller kids who can share the queen size bed. I do not rent to large groups for pool parties. i will however consider groups of up to 10 people on a case by case basis for a family pool/patio party. All members of the group must be at least 21 years old unless accompanied by a parent. The fee for a pool/patio party will be separate from the room rental fee. Contact Paradise Villa to discuss. During your stay I will be as available as you need me to be. I do respect your need for privacy and quiet time. Please remember that the host lives in the other half of the house. Although I tend to be quiet there is always the potential for you to hear the occasional voice or noise. I have a dog and cat that have the run of the outdoor area. I am definitely much quieter than lot of motels that I have stayed at over the years. Other things to note I've had a few recent unplanned changes here at Paradise Villa. The big freeze (2021) killed all the palm trees so they have been removed. I've replaced several palms and work to continue to upgrade the landscaping. Contact me ahead of time if you have any special needs that I might be able to help you with. Before checking out please make sure that you've collected all of your belongings. I have shipped left items several times now having received assurances that they would reimburse me for the shipping. In each case no one has ever bothered to reimburse me or even say thanks. I will no longer ship forgotten items.
