Memphis Cottage Creswick. Pet friendly

The cottage is located in a tranquil quiet location with sweeping views of the beautiful Wallaby Track and Reserve which combine the best of European and Australian trees. We welcome adults, infants not yet crawling or walking and children from 6 years and above as well as up to 2 pets. IMPORTANT NOTE There are access issues for young children to the nearby creek, hence our restriction of young kids at the property. The space Memphis Cottage is a fully renovated cottage overlooking a gorgeous nature reserve that is a short 10 minute walk into the main street of Creswick. The town is 1 hour and 20 minutes from Melbourne CBD and a short 20 or so minutes drive to either Daylesford and Ballarat. There is a large fully enclosed front yard (1 metre in height) with the added benefit of a seperate fully fenced backyard. Please note due to council regulations we have a policy of 2 pets maximum. OUTDOORS There are 3 seperate areas to enjoy the views on offer. 1. Located at the front of the property is a table setting with 4 chairs as well as a comfortable egg chair. Perfect for lunches and dinner in the afternoon sun. Watch for kangaroos and wallabies that frequent the area as well as a great assortment of colourful native birdlife. 2. Located at the back of the property is a table setting with 4 chairs, outdoor umbrella and a seperate reading and relaxation zone with 2 chairs overlooking the beautiful reserve. 3. At the back top corner up some steps is another little hidden area with a small outdoor table and 2 chairs. BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms both with premium queen size beds, electric blankets, Nobo wall heaters and ceiling fans. LOUNGE There is a comfortable premium 3 seater couch plus a chair facing the TV. A reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. In addition, the wood heater makes for nice cozy nights and lazy days by the fire, watching your favourite shows on live TV or Netflix. ENTERTAINMENT Large 55" smart TV, Netflix, and a range of DVD's to choose from. Unlimited free high speed Wi-Fi is also included. BATHROOM Relax in the modern bathroom, which includes a seperate bath and shower, with a range of complimentary toiletries including Pharmacopia Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Balm. KITCHEN In the kitchen you will find there is enough room to prepare a meal for family & friends with all the modern essentials including large family size fridge, dishwasher, seperate oven and cooktop, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster & kettle. DINING There is a dining table set up for 4 people as well as 2 extra chairs in the bedrooms if required for visitors. LAUNDRY In the laundry there is a 9 kilo front loader washing machine and dryer for your use free of charge. Guest access SELF CHECK-IN There is a key box at the front of the property. PARKING Parking is available next to the front outdoor area.
