SAFETY FIRST , the kayat and paddle boat are free to use but at your own risk, Many life vest and jacket available in the plastic container on dock. The space You have 2 private bedrooms ,1 bathroom, family room wifi, LED tv,dvd player. Kitchen with m/v oven,k-cup coffee machine ,tea and coffee are free for guest. Large deck with outdoor furnitures . Fishing or just relax and enjoy the view. Guest access You have separate entrance to open the garage with key codes, and also a key codes to open the door to the 2 bedrooms, the family room, breakfast table and chairs. Kitchen with M/W and an airfryer .The modern large view deck, down the ramp is a big dock with water toys and good fishing locations sometimes you can see fish swimming by the rocks. Other things to note Owen stay upstair most of the time ,but guest privacy is important to us. Guest vehicle can park on driveway , garage is used for storage .
