Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property for one small car. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre. The space Time to unwind! You have 3 rooms … Bedroom - with double bed (137 cms or 4’6” wide), tv, wifi, overlooks peaceful garden on the sunny side of the house, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, chair, hair dryer, exit door Bathroom - with shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels Shared Kitchen - with kettle, toaster, microwave, table top hob, fridge, breakfast basics (tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, juice, sodas, bread, Flora), table and two chairs which can be used as a work area. Please note - we use the kitchen for laundry and storage (not for cooking) but will text before entering. All on the ground floor with private entrance from outside into the bedroom . Guest access Private entrance to your three rooms is from the back garden into the bedroom. There is room to park a small car in front of the campervan on the drive, such as a Vauxhall Corsa, or guests can park in the road that is almost opposite the property. If bringing a car, please check with us first. Other things to note We regret that the washing machine isn’t included in the listing, nor is the charging of electric vehicles. We only accept third party bookings in exceptional cases. Recycling - we ask guests to kindly wash/rinse any used cans or plastic bottles/trays etc plus other waste and place them in the named bins. Food waste goes into the plastic caddy on the kitchen worktop. The listing isn’t suitable for children under 12 (mentioned in safety and property section).
