The Artist's House – Zangs

A charming, spacious, and unique house for a family or group holiday. The family's artwork will make your stay special and personalized. Located in the heart of the village on the main street, you'll find all the shops. There are two entrances to the house (street and courtyard). With its high ceilings, the bedrooms and living areas allow for comfortable living for many. The house is traditional yet offers all modern conveniences. The space The house has two entrances. 1-via Umberto you find: The living room with two sofas + two armchairs. The dining room + 9 chairs. The equipped kitchen. A bathroom, including toilets, a shower, a large sink, a washing machine (8kg). A bedroom with two single beds closed by a simple curtain. Upstairs: The 2nd bathroom including the toilet, a shower, a bidet, a sink. 4 large bedrooms (blue, yellow, red ocher, olive green) Blue queen size bed, table, two chairs. Yellow queen size bed, sofa, two chairs. Red ocher queen size bed, two chairs. Olive green, 2 single beds, two chairs. All bedrooms have nightstands. The large hallway has a library area. Books in French and Italian available…Dutch magazines. 2nd entrance via Alberto Carlo, you find The cortile or courtyard, a large table for your meals in the shade under the pergola. Outdoor tap to rinse your feet after the beach. North side: Laundry line and BBQ available. Guest access Total access from the house and the yard. Other things to note The house has low amperage and no heating. You will therefore need to use the electrical appliances separately (oven-dishwasher-washing machine-water heater). Unplug the heater after your showers, in case of heat the water does not need to be heated. Rubbish separation is drastic in Italy. You will find a special bin for your rubbish and the appropriate bags, which are collected differently every day. Please read the house description carefully (in English, Italian and French). Tip: During the day, close the interior shutters to keep cool, and open them in the evening. There are fans and a model with ice. The walls are very thick and the wifi connection difficult.
