Villa Casa Blanca was built with the intent for guests to enjoy time with family & friends. We designed a home for guests to build memories & have fun. The villa is equipped with everything you need. We are located in a private residential area. Inquire about airport transportation, taxi service, simple decor or a cook during your stay. It is a 2 story home which consist of 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with on-suite bathroom is located on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom features an on-suite bathroom , walk-in closet and private balcony. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and 1 of those bedrooms has a private terrace. Our villa has an open concept and provides plenty of privacy. The backyard is great for hosting events or simply enjoying the in-ground pool and open space. There is a bbq grill available, outdoor bathroom and a shower for your convenience to use while outside. The pool is lined with lounge chairs and tables along with couches to relax in the outdoor patio. For clients whom stay for a month or more. We cover the electricity charges for the first 15 days. On the 16th day you are given the kilos you start with and at the end of the stay it is calculated how much is owed. We suggest having a rental car to move around if not we are able to provide trusted taxi service. Guest access Guests have full access to our home during their entire stay. We will start communicating location details as soon as your booking is confirmed. We will provide you with the exact location and go over check-in protocols. We are able to make suggestions based on your needs as far as restaurants and places to visit. Other things to note It is important to communicate any changes that might occur to avoid any penalties or fees. Please go over our policies and house rules. Don't hesitate to ask for any clarification for anything you do not understand. Exact villa location will be provided once reservation is confirmed along with wifi login and password. At this point we can discuss any needs or requests you may have in order for us to assist you. Our property has its own private parking for up to 4 cars. Deposits are only charged if there is any damage found during checkout. If you require any form of transportation during your stay please provide ample notice to accommodate your request. Early check-in or late check-out has to be notified with ample time in order to be able to determine if it could be done. This is determined by prior check-in or check-outs happening that day. Short term stays of 3 days or less do not receive daily cleaning unless requested and will incur a fee.
