This charming cabin features handcrafted cedar walls and bar top, ideal for family getaways. It accommodates up to 6 adults with a futon in the living room, twin bunk bed over a standard mattress in one bedroom, and a queen-size master bedroom. Enjoy ample parking, outdoor seating options, a fish cleaning station with a restaurant-quality cutting board, fire pit, firestick TV, and numerous games. Located a short drive from Warsaw, Truman Lake, and Lake of the Ozarks, accessible via Drake Harbor. The space This is a pet friendly location, however we do have a pet fee to cover additional cleaning, sanitizing of the kennel, doggie bags, etc. More details are located in the house rules. Guests often marvel at the cabin’s handcrafted woodwork, including a cedar resin poured bar top with glow features and a hidden penny embedded in the kitchen wall. The spacious 50'x100' corner lot offers ample parking, with a driveway connecting two streets for easy and convenient trailer maneuvering. On-site parking blocks can be placed to facilitate hassle-free unhooking. Additionally, there is a plug-in at the front of the cabin as well as the tree on the corner which also features a bright dusk-to-dawn light ensuring the parking area is well-lit. ***PLEASE use the 13 gallon bags provided for ALL trash. No loose trash, glass, cans, small doggie bags, Walmart bags or loose cigarettes. We have to clean it out each time as nobody likes a stinky trash can on their patio. The trash can is labeled in large letters "No Loose Trash" and "Please Use Bags" but we're duplicating this rule here for the property because it happens so often. Guest access The 50 by 100ft lot is almost 1/3 parking, ample for bringing your boat for fishing, or a camper if you're just passing through. The backyard offers a small fire pit, water hose, and fish cleaning station. The Ozark North Shores community boasts private, locked boat ramps exclusive to homeowners. For public access, the nearest ramps are located in downtown Warsaw at the city boat ramp or at Drake Harbor. Other things to note Warsaw, Missouri offers excellent antiquing, biking, fishing, wine tasting, local restaurants and shopping as well as several festivals throughout the year. We stock updated brochures in the cabin annually, and there's plenty of games and reading material in the cabin to get you through any inclement weather days.
