Welcome to our charming home, perfect for a group of 6 or 8, in a quiet setting surrounded by nature and featuring a pool. Here, days are spent simply: a walk or a bike ride, a trip to the Grottes de la Balme, a visit to the Vallée Bleue… or a quiet afternoon by the water, enjoying the sun and the passing of time. The space The “Le Rocher de la Baronne” cottage is a charming house designed to comfortably accommodate a family or a small group of friends, up to 8 people. This is a place where people come mainly to meet, relax, and enjoy the tranquility. The house offers simple and pleasant living spaces, with a friendly and bright atmosphere. Inside you will find, three bedrooms; one bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen; A bright sunroom, ideal for meals, conversations, or relaxing; A reading/rest area, for those who like to take a quiet break. Outside, you can enjoy a private infinity pool and barbecue area, available from May to September. It's the perfect place to share a meal, read by the water, watch the children play, or simply enjoy the tranquility of nature. The cottage is located in a peaceful environment, ideal for walks, relaxation, and family time. You can alternate between sightseeing, outdoor activities, and quiet days on the property, as you wish. Important to note The library is accessible to guests. It is also a space that we use occasionally. Therefore, it is possible that we may occasionally pass each other there, although we will make sure to avoid this area during your stay in order to ensure your peace and quiet. Our goal is for you to feel at home, enjoy the place to the fullest, and have a simple, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Guest access Access to the property is via a gate located at the bottom of a forest road. The path is narrow and uneven in some places: just walk down it slowly and carefully. When you arrive, a private, enclosed parking area allows you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind. For electric vehicles, an outdoor charging station is available on-site, with both standard outlets and outlets specifically designed for charging. Other things to note The cottage is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Occasional visitors may be accepted during the day, up to a maximum of 16 people on the premises at any one time, and only with our prior consent. Rental of the gîte does not include the hosting of parties, receptions, or events. For any special requests beyond this scope, prior discussion is essential, as this is a service separate from the Airbnb reservation.
