The large apartment with 76 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor, is very central, sunny and quiet. ....is an ideal starting point for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, culture lovers, peace seekers, and also for business travelers. A 10-minute walk to the city center, the Congress Center and the train station. A few minutes' drive to many ski resorts, lakes, thermal baths and interesting excursion destinations. The space The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed 200 x 180, 1 living room with couch, TV and dining area, 1 additional living room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (190 x 155) and 1 desk, 1 kitchen with generous standard equipment, microwave, coffee capsule machine and filter coffee machine, coffee capsules (Tschibo or Eduscho), kettle, various tea bags, oil, vinegar and the most important spices, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, 1 separate toilet. Additional equipment: Internet TV, Blu-ray player with 40 films, free Wi-Fi with 80 Mbit download, Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, shower bath, soap, hair dryer and cleaning products are provided. If needed: baby changing table with bathtub, baby travel bed, high chair. 1 men's and 1 women's bike for free use from May to October. In summer, private garden area for our guests with gazebo, table, chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and barbecue. Guest access You have access to all the rooms in the apartment. The apartment is only occupied by those guests and their fellow travelers who have booked the apartment. Other things to note Important Info: We take care of the tourist tax of € for our guests 9.00 per night for 2 people!! Parking is available in the locked courtyard (see photo in the ad). Other vehicles can park in the immediate vicinity on the street
