Just off the village green in the beautiful village of Evenley on the borders of Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. The annexe is a contemporary conversion attached to the main house with its own entrance. The village has its own pub, village shop/coffee shop and farmshop. 100m from the village green. Ideally suited as a base for Silverstone, Oxford, the Cotswolds, Bicester village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust. The space The downstairs space comprises an open plan kitchen, diner and living space with separate WC and cupboard for washer/dryer. Upstairs comprises a single double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and workspace area on the landing. There is outside seating, off-street parking and high speed fibre broadband. Guest access Parking for a single car is available on the shared main drive. Please park at the start of the drive on the right hand side next to the grass. Other things to note A cleaning fee of £30 is added to all bookings. We welcome one dog and this is chargeable at £20 to cover additional cleaning. We do ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture including beds.
