Small suite w/own entrance & private walkway & own private small BA has walk in shower, smallish toilet area will accommodate most adults - but too small for ex tall - more than 6'5" or obese individuals. All and all, very cozy one room studio with micro kitchenette mini fridge, microwave, beach towels & sand chairs & small shoulder cooler. Private Studio apartment ( the studio is attached at the rear of our little White House but completely independent and private other than hot water & AC/Heat- BE AWARE: those allergic to animals - THEIR ARE 2 CATS living at the property in main house). We are located in one Northwood's many neighborhoods and is NOT a gated community , some noise due to everyday life , if you look for a super quiet place in prestigious neighborhood or resort or downtown walking area this location is not for you. Basic equipped kitchenette and small bathroom (will NOT accomodate x-lg /obese size person. Bathroom has shower. Queen bed, Sofa/Ottoman can be arranged to sleep one avg person. WIFI provided and ethernet cord available. The Tv has Roku plus. Roku/CNN FREE TV channels. Guest may access own netflix or paid subs.. NO cable or DVD. Comfy private outside chairs & small bistro table sits at entrance/on private walkway leads to off-street parking!!! Neighbors & guests park on the street with no problem, for 1 vehicle only guest may utilize private parking on the 1st turn in on our circular drive but must cross the yard to rear walkway. The property is hedged on nearly 3 full sides which provides a lot of privacy to The side & front yard grass is in work-in-process so please excuse the appearance patchy grass. The space IS SMALL but comfortable and efficient and workable laptop space. Nicer for shorter recreational stays rather than a longer vacations - seasonal stays could be arranged. Guest access Side-Street parking - Private 'Cottage Suite' w/entrance/walkway & side yard- in back of the 'Little White House' Private Studio 1 room plus bathroom with shampoo, soap and towels provided. A MICRO KITCHENETTE/microwave/toasting - & mini refrig with complimentary coffee/tea as provided, dishes/cups & some cooking basics: utensils - salt, pepper, paper products, plastic silverware etc. helpful for lite meal preps. Lite kitchen cleaning possible w/use of dishpan or use of small bath - there is NO stove/oven or kitchen sink. We provide guests with towels and bed linens, and beach towels/low beach chair- 1 per per guest stay & Beach umbrella. For all your other laundry you can use a local laundromat. Other things to note -Please remember courtesy for neighbors during Quiet hours of 10pm and after outdoor/indoor areas of the suite. Thank you! -Train is close by - noise from Horn/sounds can be heard occasional periods of day/night The space Private Studio apartment ( the unit is attach to another apartment but completely independent and private). We are located in Downtown Lake Worth this is not a gated community , some noise do to everyday life , if you look for a super quiet place this is not for you. Basic equipped kitchen and Bathroom. Queen bed, extra Sofa Bed. Wifi provided but sometimes can be a little slow so if you look for an high speed this is not the place for you. The Tv has only 1 channels. DVDs are provided if you look for a full cable with movie and sport channel this is not the place for you . Cozy private outside seating patio Parking is not provided!!! we all park on the street with no problem...if you look for a private parking area this is not the place for you. The front yard is in working process so please excuse the appearance . Guest access Private Studio Apartment , 1 bathroom with shampoo, soap and towel provided, a small kitchen fully equipped with coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies provided . Private Patio ( the front yard is for private use only ) We will provide with towel and bed sheet. For all your other laundry you can use a local laundromat . Interaction with guests We lived next door we will be present at your arrival wherever Your privacy is important to us....Let us know if you would like some interaction or not. We are really open minded and we understand your priority. Remember we leave in the attach apartment please keep the noise @ a minimum level. Really bohemian The space is small but comfortable... nice for a vacation but not for a long stay ( if you look for an apartment to leave for more than a month is not suitable for you). A family of 2 with a kids will be comfy but for 3 adult it my by to small... Please before booking ask questions and if you think is ideal for you welcome to the Art Studio Apartment.
