Additional sleeping arrangements in first floor office with couch. Please note bedroom 5 is a basement room with pull out queen. There is no bathroom in the basement. Guest access Guests can access with key code. Other things to note Please note: we have a strict no party rule! Special circumstances can be arranged with prior approval. No more than 8 guests in the house without permission. No birthday parties, bachelor, bachelorette or after parties. If we determine any of these occurred there will be an additional fee. This is our home and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservations.
