Cozy house near Dijon

We are located in Blaisy-bas, a town 28 km from Dijon (access in 30 min by car and 15 min by train), 5 min drive to a Super U, 20 min drive to Laumes-Alésia and the archaeological site. Numerous hikes in the Ouche Valley. Large 107 m2 house in the center of the village. Large 1500 m2 lot. The space 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 children's bedroom (bunk beds and a boat bed), small baby bed available, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen-dining room, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sinks, an office. Guest access 2 car spaces right in front of the house, in small yard or spaces in the street. Other things to note Presence of Curly, a 10-year-old black cat, who lives his little life between the garden and the boiler room of the house where his kibble is. Afraid of strangers and often goes to the neighbor's house where he is welcomed like a king. But, make sure he doesn't get locked in the house (especially in winter) and that he has enough water (especially in summer).
