The space Small yet comfortable pool house has full kitchen, full sized tub/shower, full-sized comfortable bed. Fridge freezer, cooking/baking essentials, smart TV, WiFi, Alexa speaker. Laundry washer and dryer. Pool. Stylishly decorated. A/C and heat Guest access Pool house is a separate structure with private entrance. Enter into the backyard and enjoy your stay! Washer and dryer located behind pool are for guests use. Pool available to guest as well, although it’s more comfortable during summer months. Outdoor fire pit & seating area as well. Enjoy a glass of wine. (POOL IS CURRENT BEING REMODELED), Please see below for more info. Other things to note The pool is currently being remodeled. The construction area is fenced for safety and dust control. Construction is limited to 8am to 5pm. If you are looking forward to a pool, keep us in mind for your next visit, it’s going to be very nice. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, in a nice neighborhood, the pool house is still available, during construction. Additionally, our home is in the flight path of John Wayne airport. You will not hear planes while inside, however, if you are enjoying the pool or patio, you may hear a plane pass. (No flights after 10pm)
