Amenities include air conditioning, free street parking, fast WiFi and complimentary coffee/tea/snacks. Free self-service laundry is available on site. The space The room is approximately 300 sq ft with a full bathroom. Amenities include an extra wide California king bed, a queen sized sofa bed, a bar table with two stools, a Keurig coffee maker, a hot water kettle, a Brita water filter, a microwave, a fridge, a TV, an air conditioner, a portable heater and a fan. The office/closet has a desk with an ergonomic chair, a garment rack and a dresser. Guest access You will have the entire place to yourself including a private deck. Other things to note The room shares walls with the main house, so we may hear each other. The room faces the backyard (currently closed), which we may use occasionally.
