The space As you enter this beautiful apartment, you'll notice the spacious and bright living room on your left, which opens up to a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony overlooking the pool area. On the right side of the living room, there are two cozy bedrooms with large wardrobes and windows facing the pool. In the end of the corridor, you'll find a large ensuite bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed and a beautiful view of the pool. The perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of enjoying the sun and sea. This apartment also features a bathroom with a relaxing bath tub, located between the two bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. For your convenience, the apartment comes equipped with central heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 100mbps. Additionally, this child-friendly apartment has utilities available on request, ensuring that families can enjoy a hassle-free stay. All guests will be provided with soft and clean bed linen, bath and hand towels, as well as basic bathroom supplies. So you don't need to worry about packing those bulky items - just bring yourself and your beach gear! Guest access You'll have the entire apartment to yourself - so you can kick back, relax, and make yourself at home. Ensure that you follow all safety guidelines and rules of use provided for the pool area, including appropriate swimwear, no diving, and no glass near the pool. And if you're planning to use the outdoor BBQ, please make sure to clean up after yourself and dispose of all waste properly. We want you to have the best possible experience during your stay, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. Other things to note We want to make sure you're aware of some important details about check-in, check-out, and additional charges: Regular check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00, and regular check-out time is up to 11:00 on the check-out day. However, if you need to check-in earlier, please let us know in advance as it might be possible depending on the previous guest's check-out time. Please note: There are extra charges for late check-out or very late check-out. • Late check-out until 13:00: €25 • Late check-out until 15:00: €45 (subject to availability) Let us know in advance so we can confirm if it’s possible We provide you with two sets of keys, so please be sure not to lose them. If you do happen to lose them, we'll need to charge you 50 euros per set. Gás: The apartment has gas central heating, which we kindly ask guests to use consciously to help us save on costs. Water: Please help us conserve water by being mindful of your usage. Portugal can experience droughts, so we ask that you take short showers and turn off the water while brushing your teeth. Electricity: We ask that you use electricity responsibly during your stay. Please turn off the lights, and any other electronics when you're not in the apartment. We appreciate your cooperation in conserving resources and ensuring a sustainable stay.
