Renovated studio (36 m²) since April 2021, less than 20 m from the beach. Ideal for a couple or family with two young children. There is both a folding bed (140 × 200) and a sofa bed (150 × 200). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The studio is located on the fifth floor with a beautiful side sea view. New elevators were installed in October 2024. On the other side, the studio overlooks the shopping street of Sint-Idesbald. Coastal tram stop at 100 m. Other things to note The Belgian VAT administration allows not to charge VAT if no services are offered with the exception of final cleaning and utilities. Therefore, there is no physical reception, no breakfast service and no bed and bath linen is provided. Therefore, no invoice can be provided, and this accommodation is only intended as a recreational stay and not as a business stay. For tax reasons, I should also mention here that the overall rent includes 90% immovable rent and 10% movable rent (furniture). This has no further consequences for you as a tenant.
